Diddlee's Journal, 05 May 2019

Tai Chi was set with daily alarm yesterday. The alarm went off this morning, and I did ten minutes. First time for me. Found a beginner video on YouTube, and copied it as best as I could.

The alarm will go off again tomorrow morning, and I'll aim to do it daily for six weeks in order to establish a new good habit.

Could do with a bit better flexibility, and this Tai Chi thing is remarkably beginner friendly.

Interesting. Maybe it gets more challenging as you go along.

FullaBella Don't know. In some cultures Tai Chi and similar activities is standard practice at work places. Every employee have to participate every day at work. There has to be something to it. It's new to me, and I have yet to find the value of it. Curious to what it may lead to in the weeks ahead.
