Happy happy Friday to everyone....calming my mind..setting my intentions...allowing the universe to work..

Suppose to rest today from zwifting..ride/workout scheduled tomorrow..but might do it later today so I can rest Saturday and Sunday...kinda like 2 day rest...got 90 miles in this week already...and I’m sure my mileage for next week and the following weeks will slack off from the 12 week workout...but if it helps..that’s an improvement...

My upper thighs ..according to my bike shop owner..should be cranking out more wattage...my ftp theshhold power..is 132...since my cycle wreck...a drop of 30-40.. he thinks ..I should be stronger in my legs...I’d like to think I’d gain it back..but not sure...that’s why I’m doing the 12 week plan...on zwift

56 outside..been raining..more to come..

Weird thing..went to bed..with comforter on bed like it was suppose to be...was up one time in middle of nite to p an get drinks...woke up this morning...the outside was in..the inside was on the outside...weird huh...bed didn’t look like it had been slept in...cept for comforter being on wrong...

Welp...breakfast is over..time to take eye vitamins...not sure they are helping anymore..

I think the comforter was on the bed differently when you went to bed. That or you are sleep walking OR you have a mischievous ghost. I bet it's the last one. LOL!

I make bed every morning...when i get up at night top and get drink...wide awake..or awake enough...but once i lay back down...im asleep really fast....was just odd that happened..

Have a pleasant weekend Mike and I get you on the unusual things that can happen ... I too make my bed daily even if Im running late...just weird that way;)
