Happy happy Thursday to everyone....calming my mind..setting my intentions...allowing the universe to work...getting ready in a few to get ride/workout in once again...releasing them endorphins...making for a great way to start the day...

Just got off zwift..them endorphins are running wild...16.76 miles today from new workout I’m doing..probably could of done better with a day off between yesterday’s workout and today’s..but that’s the way it was...next workout on sat...so rest for a day..before next workout...

Was so nice out yesterday..nicer days...less cold days..I’m ready...but not ready for the storms that come with the changing of the weather..

Bought polish sausage at Walmart..yes I knew better...more salt to flush out...but no longer worried about what the scales say..there comes a time where eating something you don’t eat on a regular basis..is ok..releasing the weight and working out..benefit you...moving your body when you were younger..should be a reflection back when life was simpler..less stress as to what you can eat...more enjoying the outdoors and what it has to offer...

Well protein shake is gone..now time to fix breakfast..give my body some real food..instead of the gels and the energy waffles..that I use when I ride/workout..they help thru the workout..but real food is needed now to recover...

I love Polish Sausage. It does contain lots of sodium but you should sweat that out on your rides. It is so good cooked up with veggies in a stir fry or one sheet pan in the oven. Thank for all your funny comments in MFP. I haven't had a chance to comment back. I am putting off getting out and cleaning out the flower beds. My back has been acting up lately.

@Maxie..sauerkraut...love it..but polish sausage wrapped up with slab of cheese on piece of pita bread..like pig in a blankey....

Love a piggy in a blanket too. I went to a Greek restaurant with sis and we had gotten take out we had bought 2 gyros we rid ourselves of their wraps... gave it to the birdies at the park... and we used la banderitas low carb wraps we had brought along with us and we just dumped the gyro fixings in the wraps.. who says you cant enjoy some yumminess. Great idea Mike now I have another new wrap filler idea ..thanks ;)
