Day 1 of a planned 1 days of eating
Blood sugar 96 mg/dL

Went for 🏃🏾‍♂️ a 10k run yesterday. Finally hit 164lbs. I am 5’8” so this is my BMI weight 👍🏾

This is only the second time in my adult life I have hit this weight.

I tend to believe that my 'motivation' is based on my 'greatest fear'.

Right before I turned 50, my greatest fear went from 'feeling like I am starving' to 'being fat all my life'. After, I hit my current weight that 'fear', and therefore that 'motivation' was gone.

However, my current 'greatest fear' is that 'if I don't get ripped abs right now, I will never be able to ever do it in my life'. That is the ONLY reason I am 'digging in' again to drop down to 15% body fat. That is what is required to even 'see' my abs.

However, today I am planning an EPIC 🍗 Kentucky Fried Chicken Feast!

This is my reward for sticking to ‘no solid food’ for 6 days. The plan is to get a family bucket of chicken (no sides!) and only eat chicken all-day-long. I want to wait as late in the day as possible to ‘start’ so I hope to hold out until 3:00pm. However, once it starts, it will be “Chicken and Netflix” until bedtime.

Back on the diet on Monday…
