Did you feel any other changes like going out of ketosis? More cravings?

Well yesterday I was really hungry. But I had keto friendly diet for dinner and then I was fine I was curious to see if the extra carbs for breakfast made my weight go up but it didn’t have affected it all. Today I’m going to keep my net carbs around 20 and we’ll see what happens tomorrow as far as the weigh is concerned. How am I feeling. I feel good and a important fact bathroom habits are regular again.

Since you did not put on about 5lbs and more you were not really thrown out of ketosis by eating those fruits. You only had 31 carbs which may be fine for you to eat on a regular basis. The 20 minimum is just set that low since that seems to be a number that most people will go in ketosis with. But some people will be in ketosis with a larger number. My number is around 26. So you did not really high carb as such. Maybe you can eat more veggies on your low carb diet and be regular.

Or eat some fiber goods like flax, chia seeds, nuts.

I have them all in the house. I am going to check my blood tomorrow morning. I just felt so deprived when I went from net carbs to all carbs. And my Keto levels took me to Keto flu. Something I didn’t experience before. I increases salt that seems to help but the headache wasn’t fun.

Deprived is not good. You cannot sustain a diet feeling like that. So you have to find something that you can do AND works for you.

3/16/19 Ok here we are today is another day. My weight was up 1.2lbs. I lowered my carbs from 41.9 to 31.15. I did increase my calories from 1100 to 1500. I added walnuts flaxseeds and garden salad.
Blood test. Keto .6. Glucose 101. I am happy about Glucose. That was before any consumption of food or drink. Lowest ever. My plan for today. Seafood shrimp king crab garden salad. I will be comsuming more protein than fat. We will see.

You know the scale is the validation and it should not be. How you feel I think is #1. Then your health next how your cloths fit.

I do not use the scale so my process of losing weight is a bit different. The scale can be a good tool obviously but too many people get too hung up in the daily swings which should not count.
