Thankfully, I am addressing my last few months of diet failure before it's too late. Just a few days ago I was 285lbs, so to see I have gained 4.5lbs this morning encourages me to stand strong against my arch enemy...food! Do I have it in me to turn this around? I believe I do. Only time will tell.

Small goals, common sense have made it easier for me. Minus 20 in two months by counting calories and recording what I eat.
Hang in there

Food is not your enemy. Your food choices and possibly the amounts you eat may not be contributing to achieving your goals
