First day hitting my macro goals, but calorie count is a struggle when combining with intermittent fasting (16:8). Didn't want dinner tonight, and so late, but forced cheese and almonds to get closer to calorie goal.

I used to force myself too, but now if I’m not hungry, I don’t eat. Listen to your body. Good luck!
