I've only tracked 4 workouts Keith, and I've been around 26k to 60k. That was just 2 body parts 10 rep stuff. This was 15-20 reps 5 sets each.

Yes, me too. I don't like planning ahead though so it takes a little time in the gym for me.. They don't have all the exercises I do either. I did shoulders too but it only had trap bar deaflifts but shoulder shrugs.

I'm piggybacking off a mate who is paying for a routine. It's a 52 week program 6 days a week. Been doing it since early Jan and no 2 days have been same yet👌 I'm loving it. Love not having to work out a routine everyweek to keep it interesting.
