It's Monday. I feel alittle better then I did last week. Yesterday I finally got around to doing some housework. I also did grocery shopping which was not too bad. Last night I made vegetable chili! Lots of veg and beans, tasted pretty good and the pot was big enough that I have enough for 3 more meals.
The other thing I did was some suggested reading from my bi-polar group. My symptoms are more bipolar 2 then 1. That means that I have severe depression at times, well according to the stats it is 52%. I know I have read this before, but somehow this particular article made it a whole lot clearer to me. In another article it stated how important it is to eat healthy and to exercise, also to retrain your brain to handle the unrealistic thoughts that will often plague you. There was also a post that said bipolar is not an excuse but an explanation. That made sence to me.
Well anyways today is another day. With a clear mind I will get through it. I hope that everyone has a good day too. Also anyone experiencing the extreme weather shift, please dress appropriately. Much love and respect to all my supportive and caring buddies.
oops forgot my grateful for list: family job fs buddies warm clothes hot coffee ability to read and understand getting out of bed strength to keep fighting...
