I went a little over on my carbs yesterday (prefer below 30 net), but it was SO worth it! I LOVE Brussle sprouts done well. (These were steamed, and browned with bacon.

LOL, I'm not in induction, brussle sprouts are good, but the problem was that I couldn't put down my fork. (Should have taken half home for another day)

I know ... it doesn't seem like eating something as nutritious as Brussels sprouts should be "cheating." MUCH better to go a little bit over on a healthy food than to go "hog wild and pig crazy" on junk food! You're fine! Keep up the great work!
