Listened to some podcasts while exercising today. They were quite good. Site called Low Carb MD Podcast. I listened to the Jason Fung podcast and a podcast with a dietician Joy Kiddle. Having read Fung's books I am somewhat familiar with his theories but always interesting to hear him explain how fasting helps. Kiddle turned to lowcarb being influenced by Fung years ago She works a lot with older people and had some ideas about what may work with older women. as She felt it is important to get enough protein. She thinks fat has to be watched especially if you stop losing and that many may be OK eating more carb than 20. What I took away from it was the idea that what may work for one person, is not right for another and people should try different things until they find out what is ideal for them.
