Really happy with the progress this week. If I can drop another three pounds by Saturday I would have reached my goal for the week. This would give me a 10 pound ‘cushion’ for the Holiday weekend. Hopefully this will be enough. If I hit 178lbs, no matter what point I am in the Holidays, I will declare a fast!
I plan to do a 🏃🏾 5 mile run this morning and then go to the 🏋🏾 gym tonight. Running saps my strength for ‘lifting heavy’ at the gym, but, it is more important for me to shed fat than to build muscle.
