The scale is still moving in the right direction…

Really happy with the progress this week. If I can drop another three pounds by Saturday I would have reached my goal for the week. This would give me a 10 pound ‘cushion’ for the Holiday weekend. Hopefully this will be enough. If I hit 178lbs, no matter what point I am in the Holidays, I will declare a fast!

I plan to do a 🏃🏾 5 mile run this morning and then go to the 🏋🏾 gym tonight. Running saps my strength for ‘lifting heavy’ at the gym, but, it is more important for me to shed fat than to build muscle.

I'm sure you could go over 1500 Cal's and lose weight mate? I know you document everything but I'm sure you could still lose weight and eat 2300-2500

@keith george cooke - The data says I 'blow up' at 2000+ calories. All the data is there. Check the numbers. If you see something I missed, let me know! :)

@keith george cooke - I just went back and looked at my last four months. Its not even close haha I have been mostly "even" since August (when I hit my BMI). Since then I average 1500 calories and 60 carbs.
