Did better this week. Started drinking room temperature water instead of cold water from the fridge...supposedly better for one's system. Biggest downfall were the sweet potato chips that we bought at Costco last week. I do ok until my wife brings out a bowl of them...and then I just have to eat them...or at least 7 of them (half a portion)... wanted to make some coconut fat bombs last week...got all the ingredients but anxiety overcame me with not knowing exactly how to do it. Guess I will try again this week. Didn't do too well with exercising though I did get some resistance bands to use. Have a great week e1...

Mal, slim fast now has keto products. Including fat bombs. They are very much like reeses. Very good, and pre -made! My hubby(not doing keto) eats them faster than I do! The meal replacement bars are good too. Just FYI in case you are interested. They can be found at Wal-Mart.
