I'm slacking on my journal entries! Shame on me lol. Anyway I have been bad, and eating way too much salt! I have blown up like a balloon and gained some weight back. I'm getting back on track today and trying my hardest to stick to it. I have my huge bottled water sitting next to me and I managed to remember all of my snacks :)
I had a few days where I completely forgot to eat dinner, so come 8pm, I was starving and ate everything in sight. I was so mad at myself. Grr ok, shake it off...I can do this!
I can and will do this!
