Well, I didn't lose anything last week lol. I guess its better to stick at a weight than gain lol. My boyfriend got his boflex so I'm looking forward to working on that and I unburied that elliptical of mine.. so no more excuses lol! Ya know, I'm sure glad that I have a partner for my weight loss journey. I really don't think I could have done this without him!
With warmer weather coming, I hope to go swimming, fishing and hiking! Sounds like a fun filled Spring/Summer to me!!!
