Lotus's Journal, 17 March 2008

I'll be honest with ya'll but not the chart.. don't want to record a gain just yet, I can get it off pretty quick I believe. It was 129.4 this morning. The day after i ate a lot it was 131.6, so I guess it's not too bad. I didn't eat super low cal the whole weekend nor did I do much exercise. The night we had a fight(we're over it now, it was a stupid petty one) I only had two hours of sleep so I did a whole lot of nothing Saturday. Sunday I did aerobic dancing and some crunches and light weight exercises. Back to the old grind today! I will be back to where I was before the contest starts, hopefully even less.
Will I ever get to 125!? Not if i keep screwing up every time it levels off! I gotta really stay focused, especially when the scale is not budging. That is usually when I mess up.

You'll get there and you KNOW it! Don't record that weight just yet, it will only frustrate you. Get in an extra workout today and I'm sure you'll be fine!

important thing is you know what and where you went wrong. you can get thru it, and hopefully learn how to handle stress w/out food. i know its hard to handle family telling you to eat too. just reflect on how far you have come!! you have done a wonderful job, enjoy your week.

A good day of exercise and sweating and tht chart will never show a gain..just keep that body movin..dont give them calories time to think about stickin around..

Don't make me come visit ya so I can force you on track! Come on girlfriend...I know that if you got serious for more than a week, you can do it. It's tough with all of lifes daily challenges just being a wife and mom... but if you focus on only your health and only good things, it will happen. I'm pulling for you as always!

you're doing great, lotus! You are almost there! I know it seems overwhelming when the scale goes up and down like it sometimes does, but you know where you went wrong, and you'll get it right eventually. :)
