Lol when I started out, I was only going to do it for 1 week. Honestly there are more down sides to eating carbs than there are pluses (decrease in mood, energy, mental sAniTy, skin problems, belly bloating, and allergy flare ups). Eating carbs is fun though and a nice change from eating keto. I do miss how I feel while in ketosis. My will power has improved. Which is great!! That is the reason I went off keto. I wanted to test it out. It’s too early to tell but I may extend it longer for further research 😆

😂😂😂 that’s a good one! I don’t really buy into the whole psychosomatic deal. I let life happen as it may. But anyhow, I’m sure that some of those things will subside slightly but not completely. These feeling are my “old” normal.

Uhhh No. Although psychosomatasim may be a real theory, I didnt think I’d get sick. I didn’t think I’d lose weight. I didn’t think I’d feel jittery for more than a day. I didn’t think I’d start suffering with allergies once I ate carbs. I didn’t think I’d be satisfied eating no carbs. I didn’t think eating fewer meals would be good for me. I didn’t think I could fast for 18 hours a day (or skip breakfast for that matter) and survive. I didn’t think eating keto would work for me. I didn’t think eating fat would be good for my skin. I didn’t think I’d feel good not eating carbs. I didn’t think I’d ever gain self control over my carb cravings. But in fact that exact opposite of what I thought, happened to come true. I appreciate the sentiment behind “thinking positive” but like I said; I don’t put a lot of care (worry) into what happens. I just let it happen and react to it after. Easy going.
