Dinner was yum! I definitely got my protein today 😁 Eating some chocolate now.

Yeah you're upping you carbs, but only by a little. So far this 'change' has just been a 'I just want a few more carbs' rather than a 'revolution' :) Yeah you had potatoes and chocolate today, but I just don't see you eating that every night. Or, are you just easing into the change slowly? We have your back either way, just curious what you're thinking :)

Chocolate does have some protein 😅 Srossca Adef I am trying to eat more whole foods. I wanted to incorporate healthy carbs. I don’t want to eat snacks and chocolate 🙁 What I’ve logged for today is as much as I could allow myself. Thank God someone ate the cake. I looked for as soon as I walked into the house. I don’t know how long I will be able to stay in control. I’m fighting myself every practically every moment I’m near sweets. I also starved from 11 am till 3pm when I finally got to take my break. Fasting is torture without keto. I’m cranky, conguested, and my face has already broken out 😠😪 I’m sure it’s probably the sugar.

I was eating about 15 carbs before, now like 80. That is a huge difference!

@CrashtestDawnie - If I ate what you have on your plate I would be fine. I would just want a few Ritz crackers...then I would eat the entire 'sleeve'. Do you realize that 5 Ritz crackers is 80 calories and 10 carbs?? I can eat 20 in less then 3 minutes. 400 calories and 50 carbs! Sorry I just went on a tangent...

After I ate dinner at 5:15 (full!) (I just ate lunch at 3:15!) I ate 3 square of chocolate, 2 cups of popcorn, and a yogurt then promptly got in bed so I couldn’t eat anything else 😪
