Here are some examples of my exercises . 400+ calories burned in 34 minutes is too much 0_o . I do my exercises with 10 pounds dumbells

I do not think I burn all those calories, anyway I do my exercises, if you know me, you know that I have more than two months losing and gaining the same weight, the new is that I have lost cm, yesterday I tried a shirt on, a cute one that I bought a couple of months ago and it is too loose for me now , I have lost fat from my back 😀

It makes sense that clothes sit loose, considering how strong you go on. Congrats, you're doing really well. Keep seeing people praise the type of exercise you do, as you can get them done before even arriving at the gym. Efficient too.

awesome shirt test, that is one of the things so often overlooked the positive size shifts. and yes I use a different calculator then this one it is often too generous for various exercises

Thank you guys ❤❤, it's great I know, because of my apple-shaped body, I've always had a problem with my shirts , they are always too tight on my upper-back, chest, and this time that shirt I loved was too big for me 😞. #Greatproblem🤗🙏

You sure your losing and gaining the same weight every month? Sounds like you're losing the fat weight and gaining the muscle weight. :)

and this time I was wearing a normal bra, I almost always had to wear a sports bra with this type of blouse, so that the blouse would fit me well.

I can tell you from lots of experience that would be spot on. HIIT is cal burning central my heart rate monitor on my chest, a loaned Fitbit both had the same readout(+15 Cal's difference) during my first playoffs. I burnt between 380-395 Cal's in 10 mins... it's definitely in the realms of what I would expect. the body weight exercises you listed are great to 👌

Thanks, I complain a lot, I know 😂🙊😐, when the only thing I need is perseverance and patience . I can see a great difference between 115-110 and 104.6 -110
