So I am starting over on keto. I am going to go as low carb as I can for the next 2-3 weeks trying to put myself back into ketosis. I have put back some of the weight and tried eating a couple other ways and it doesn't work for me. I guess my body doesn't do CARBS! I will have to refurbish my pantry and get my act together. I really don't care what others say this is the only way for me. I love this site it helps me keep on track and the people here are very supportive. So I will embark again on this journey, taking it one day at a time:)

Don't forget your electrolytes starting out again. Magnesium, potassium sodium. I use lite salt for potassium and sodium.

That’s the problem with Keto diets. It’s for life or don’t bother at all. You can lose a huge amount of weight on keto, but you gain all of it plus some back after you stop Keto. Keto isn’t sustainable for life and can have many health risks. Plus all of the animal protein someone on Keto eats isn’t healthy and can lead to serious illnesses.
