My back is up against the wall. I wasted 3/4 of the year in losing/binge eating cycles. Now I need to lose to 270 by next February so I can be in better shape since I am going to the Daytona 500 with my Dad.

I have to fit on a plane, which I assume I can't fit into a regular seat, so I will be buying a business class seat which costs a fortune. I can't bear the thought of trying to get on the plane at 270 in a regular seat. I haven't been on a plane in 20 years.

Also, I need to be able to walk a good 3 miles at a clip because of the amount of walking you do there. So that is my other goal.

So my work is well-defined. All I need to do is stay on the darn plan, which really isn't that complicated...it just entails not putting stuff into my pie hole that I'm not supposed to. It sounds so easy, doesn't it?

FWIW, I just was on an airplane a month ago, I am 5'4 and weighed 292 at that time. I carry my weight in my middle. I asked for a belt extender on the way in. Each Attendant was polite, friendly and discreet. I didn't worry and I fit just fine in Coach class. You'll be fine.

So you need to lose 30 +/- lbs by Feb? That’s about 6 months away give or take? You can do it girl! I’ve lost 35 lbs in 3 months through a very low calorie diet and reasonable daily exercise (reasonable because I have some physical disabilities).

Good luck!!! But just so you don't feel to bad I boarded and fit into an airplane seat to and from Canada on a small jet plane like a year ago at 310lbs.. So don't stress too much. You should be fine.

Travelled Manchester England to La s Vegas earlier this year at 330lbs,a little snug in the regular seat but if the cost is no problem then business will be more comfort,good luck.
