My first mini goal is Onderland, has been at least 10 years since I've been under 200 and i'm really looking forward to that win!

I do intermittent fasting from about 8-9pm until following afternoon. I always have a coffee in morning with 1 tbsp of heavy whipping cream and stevia. (I follow the "50 calories or less doesn't break fast." Even if it is breaking it, I'm doing ok so going to continue)
Lunch is either eggs and meat and veggies or meat, cheese and nuts if I'm not super hungry or something else, I mix it up a lot.
Lots of water helps flush my body better. Ive recently started walking a lot more, reaching 10,000+ steps on my Fitbit.

I absolutely love keto, I love the control it has given me and how it's completely eradicated my sugar addiction. I love being fat adapted and the appetite suppression that comes with it. Eating just when I need to is such a great freedom! I really feel like keto has changed my life in such a huge way, not just physically but mentally and emotionally. I am free.

When I reach my goal weight, I plan on adding in healthy higher carbs like fruit and sweet potatoes and quinoa and play around with it to see how to maintain. I will always stay low carb though, never going back to that sugar prison!
