Thank you universe for a long nite of great sleeping..goood Thursday morning..great session in therapy yesterday...came home and rode in zwift for 8.1 miles...37 min..felt good to ride for a change ..need to get back into a daily grind of it...just hard having therapy 3times per week..and never sure if body is gonna be feeling like a ride or not..a lot of days just feel like lower half of body is out of line...

Rain is gone for a few hours...to return later..

Not a lot new..start with bands next week to build up strength in arms..bicep...just another exercise to wear me out...I’ve noticed I seem to be more tired...no get up an go...might go back to the green tea...

Coffee has better taste...but more tired...not decaf...I looked

Well thought about doing a longer fast...but ...did have protein in coffee...not sure if that would count against fasting...

Any chance of W/O in a pool..l do it everyday for my lower back and it does make a big difference.

No swimming pool in my back yard murph...I'm trying to change up eating different things...to cut down on inflamation... kinda try this..not that..but thanks for the thoughts...
