Pondering… I have been a little troubled and confused about fasting that is attached to the keto diet. However, I was recently in lightened on FS that liquid such as meal shakes is fine while fasting, so that made me more comfortable with the idea. So I decided I am fasting for dinner, and I have logged my two servings of nice German Reisling TGIF 😊
Best part is ending another day nailing the numbers ~ pie chart looks good! Wild that I’m not even hungry, been going all day, and still have energy to burn!
