If you have scented candles light some of them, put some music on and try to relax. Smoking is tough to kick but you can do it if you really want to. All the best with it

Do Not light that cigarette...harder still to start all over! And booze? Not on a hot summer day, one leads to two leads to....couple today then couple tomorrow and worse choices on meals. You’ve got a good lead! Keep it up, you’re worth it!

Don't make me come over there !!!! Don't do it, whatever is creating your craving, find something to counteract it.....the longer you hold out, the better you'll be as the cravings eventually will subside.... Wishing you well and much health ! :D

Good grief you're speaking my native tongue!!! It's been almost 90-days for me. 5 months is impressive! I've been just constantly keeping myself focused on work or working out. I am there with you; reaching that point. It's been difficult for myself because I've had a lot of challenges lately. It's hard to focus. Everyone is right though. You are not alone. We're here to support! You can do it!

The human body does not need cigarettes to live, nor does it need any alcohol. They are out of your system by now, maybe not out of your mind. You must forever eat to live, so this is the final battle, learning to eat healthly. If you need a small snack to get over the hump, so be it. There are healthy ways to make pizza, there are some pizza places where you can buy it by the slice. If you must have a slice, go in, order one slice and take it home to eat it. Don't stay there to eat it. That's just inviting temptation. My major weakness is cheesecake. Do I ever eat it? Sure I do. I plan for it sometime during the first week of the month. I work it into my calorie allowance. It's NOT a cheat if you plan for it and enjoy it.
