So you are a man correct? Is 132 you weight, BF or lean mass? I have an uncle about my height and he ranges about 160-170 and very fit with a manual labor job. Trying to picture how short you are or how very thin... ;)

Ok so it is weight. I just have a hard time imagining men smaller than me ;). I enjoy horseback riding but beaches aren’t my thing. :D I also don’t have any 6’ men in my family (I’m the tallest female at 5’3” lol and the guys aren’t a lot taller than me mostly. Now hubby is 6’ and the ‘runt’. One of his uncles is over 7’! They are also mostly over 300# too so again, is hard for me to imagine a man at your weight. Nothing wrong with you, it’s my imagination that has issues lol. Now I am curious about an old school friend though. He’s about 5’9 I think and rail thin. Past drug use for him rather than diet and exercise:/. I’ll have to see if I can get ahold of him and ask his weight. He used to joke that he didn’t have to ‘get’ in my pants to well get in my pants. His waist was smaller than mine but they fit him like capris haha.

I believe Brad Pitt was 5'11" or 5'10" and 140 in Fight Club. Bruce was 5'7" and 135 if I recall correctly. Good looks in my opinion. I'm 5'9" and 185 give or take depending on how well I am doing lol. I'd like to get to 175 maybe lower. We'll see how low I need to go to have rippling abs. :D

I know that I just know I need at least 10 more pounds to get to 14% and lower to achieve the definition I desire since I've been there before. I will most likely need to go lower to be truly happy enough to begin a slow bulk.

@chrisw77
if you’re 10% body fat, build up until you hit 12-15%, then cut while maintaining muscle down to your preferred target bf%.1.5-2.5lbs a month muscle gain is probably the range you’ll be looking for.
