1/2 a lb, not much but beats a gain
194.5 lb Lost so far: 27.5 lb.    Still to go: 34.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

All those little 1/2 pound losses eventually add up though! And, the book you are reading, Wheat Belly, is that the title? I am going to try and find it at the library.
