My Fatsecret calculated RDI for weight loss at 1lb per week is 4000 kcal. I've adjusted it manually to 3000 kcal. I should be okay since I am currently averaging around 2200 kcal for the last month.

yes , that is good, you can lose faster if you eat less but the bad news is that if you eat way to little calories, to keep that weigh off you will have to eat too little for the rest of your life.

The Fatsecret calculation of RDI seems to be a bit high for most people. Just listen to your body and see what suits you best. Take care!

The RDI calculator on the app is usually pretty off, I reccomend comparing what a few different RDI calculator say and adjust accordingly.

The RDI is usually pretty high - best bet is to eat only when really hungry (food tastes better) eat real food and move naturally. Nice to see you
