It fails as a meme because of the Pringles. Just saying.

Children should be educated at a young age. We sit and tell them to be safe. Don't talk to strangers etc. We worry about terrorism in their schools and other public areas but we don't teach then about nutrition. Heart disease, which is caused by obesity, kills waaaaay more people than anything else in this world.

Hate to be a wet blanket again, but there is no such thing as a 0 calorie olive oil. Unless it is water, in which case it is not olive oil. And if it is what you see on the packaging, than unfortunately you just fell for yet another well known marketing trick. Obviously you will not get obese from eating a bit of olive oil, but we are counting all calories here, right 😉?

Metete I don’t care if it’s true or not, can say 0 calories n it’s obviously working...I mean I’m 120 lbs now

@Melete, I think Rosio is using the olive oil cooking sprays. They have a negligible amount of calories per quick spray, so the manufacturers are allowed to package them as having zero calories per spray. Certainly, a spray here or there is working much better for Rosio than frying food in a pat of butter or a tablespoon of oil would.

Rosio, great for you. Nobody questions your success story. And by the way, that is exactly what I said, you will not get obese from eating some olive oil. You can use spray from the can, or put your own olive oil into a sprayer, or just measure your oil directly from the bottle. It does not matter how you do it. It is same ~9 cal per gram. It is legal to provide misleading information on the packaging - marketing trick. If it has less than 5 cal per serving (does not matter how small the serving is and how many servings you actually use) it can be listed as 0 calories food.
