Yes!another diet day. And even though is a lifestyle change, it is also a diet. So I am happy. I am following it but I have to keep working on my patience. Some experts say you need 12 weeks to really see and feel a change. It's so good to have facts on hand, that way I can have realistic expectations bye fatsecret, good night

Yes.. patience and trust in your plan are the keep. Its not going to happen over night. Keep in made that we got to where we are over many years. It will take time, in addition to hard work (on a number of levels), discipline, mindfulness, and sometimes brutal self honesty. Don't set a time table. Just keep the faith, make the continued choices to stick to your plan and you will get to where you want to be.
