NO THOUGHTS FOR A JOURNAL TODAY..good monday morning..just fueling back up after my morning ride with my friend mike...was a great ride like always..learned a new phrase..GET OVER IT...lol..has to do with stressing over hills..you got to peddle over them..no sense in wondering how many there are on a ride..just get over it..and reap the feeling of accomplishments..went a drifferent route this morning..he always trys to ride with the wind as much as possible..so that when we are headed home..the wind is at our back..e rode into the wind most of our ride this morning...felt good on way home to have the extra push..

eating breakfast an trying to get refueled from burning calories ..im thinking a power nap is in my near future..30 minutes or so..just does me great..didnt sleep the greatest last night..only slept mabye 4 hours if that an then was up at 330am..an getting ready for my morning ride..and really not body tired..just ...dont really know how to explain it...just need a power nap...lol..

Wind this morning wasn't alot...but riding the route we did...we were out far enough..that there wasn't any thing to block it...so seemed winder then it probably was..as for hills..so many I quit counting...hence the comment..get over it....and look back later as a great ride and accomplishments...and getting stronger as well....

I agree hcb...its great to have someone that wants to ride along with me when I ride that can give me insight into improving on my riding...and at same time not just ride off and leave me...id find my way home...just take longer cause of no one setting a faster pace for me to try and build on...

Yes riding my carbon trek sl6 6...so much difference in the feel when on a ride
