ONE OF THEM DAYS..good tuesday morning...noticed yesterday when i left the house that sun is coming up later already in the season..so this morning..decided after i woke up at 33oam..to fiddle around an leave at 5am instead of 430am..i mean its still dark..but lest not as dark..well..i texted my friend to see if he was riding..he wasnt..instead he was gonna do a run..hes getting ready to do a 5k with a friend..so i started getting ready to head out the door at 515am..3 miles into my ride..reached for my water bottle an well..you can imagine what was coming outta my mouth..so had to circle back an get my 2 polar water bottles sitting in fridge waiting on me to put em on bike..headed off again..on my last trip thru town before heading outta town on my route..seen a friend an pulled over to talk to him...well...i lost my footing an fell over...as i was getting up somebody in a car asked if i was ok as was my friend i had stopped to talk to..yes im fine i replied only my pride was hurt..did bang up a knee alittle but peroxide on that after i got home an its good as new...anyways after i got back up an on 2 feet again..talked with friend..an then found out chain had come off..so had to flip bike up side down an put chain back on sprockets..good thing i cleaned bike an chain yesterday..wasnt that greasy..
so got it all back an working..headed off to get rest of ride in..yes..its nice to be home an taking it easy..forgot to tell you about them oiling an chatting the roads i usually ride..but i managed to get over that part of the ride and finished another morning ride...

im shoooting for 100 miles in 3 days this week..68.6 so far this week for 2 days..hoping to hit last 32 in the morning..already talked with friend mike..an a ride is planned...just got done cleaning bike an lubing chain ...also checked it over for scrapes from this mornings fall..bike came out better then me..lol...
