i finally got a food scale. i really hope this helps me out of my rut.😭😭😭

Girlie it really should I swear that yesterday as I was using my scale I said to myself that this is seriously the best thing I ever got from Amazon what a great thing that you did purchasing it between that and this aPp and a little secret that I have that is at night time every single night I put in my headphones and then find a hypnosis for weight loss and that really did the trick! And I have to say that if u type in Samantha Katz! Then she has a bunch of them and such a soothing voice ! lol hope that helps! ;)

I just got one too…I will literally pick off one nut or piece of onion or chicken to make sure it’s exact. I love it.

I love my scale, I just wish more foods onsite were entered by weight rather than cup measurement. It takes time to reenter the information, but so worth it the next time.

weight loss is all about portion control and your relationship with food. A needed tool for weight loss is to figure out what the triggers are to over indulge.

amwalczak, pretty much all of the foods I eat have a measurement in grams on the app. Resteraunt listing may not, but I'm usually not weighing those...except when I bring some home to eat later.

that's a lot of food! I try to always keep it the food to the size of my fist as this is the size of my stomach. do you know how it weighs with the dressing and everything? I know that much food would make my weight go up, I gain super easily.... :(

Its actually not allot caloricly It was a little under 300 calories. Skinny girl dressing was 10 calories chicken was 180 calories and the greek yogurt was 60 and the greens and celery were about 30 its just allot of volume.

Mari, that's the perfect way to pump up the volume of your meal. I eat less & smaller servings than I used to but using veggies fills me up while providing some nice flavors, crunch & texture.
