Sk, YouTube found something for me last night in the ice cream maker genre. SORTEDfood, a chef tastes a home Gelato machine. All sorts of interesting combos ranging from vanilla to chardonnay and fruit. I was listening as I fell asleep, not watching, but I need to go back again and maybe pay more attention.

you def should look then, I think they did a coconut, pineapple, ginger combo so you're on a similar wavelength. I was falling asleep as I was "watching" so I reserve the right to be very vague.
