So I spent the weekend eating donuts 🙃 and Chinese food... won’t be weighing in for a few days. I’ll wait for the water weight to pass. I took my daughter to some gourmet shops. We had a huge variety of specialty donuts. The best was the tread leche donut and the maple bacon donut. I am back to eating responsibly today 😇 I don’t want to be like homer 🤣🤣 I have a lot of chores, errands, and gym session I need to get busy with but im currently in bed snuggled up with my new down alternative comforter enjoying this cool weather we are having here in Miami. It’s 69 degrees 🤗

Hi Dawnie 🖐🏻 May i ask you a question? My daily of calories consuming is around 1200. If i want to lost weigt, can I having the calories just 1200 or should I having less then 1200? Thank you in advance 😊🙏🏻

Yes OHP if you have been logging faithfully and know that your maintenance calories (the calories you eat with out going up or down in weight) are 1200; I would suggest exercising more. I don’t know your height or weight or activity level but 1200 is kind of low. I use to eat 1000 or less and really killed my metabolism. My maintenance calories are around 2000 calories now. I log well over 10k steps a day and workout hard in the gym 3-4 times a week. Technically I should be burning nearly 3k cals a day but I don’t. Cico is a good gauge but for me personally, not an exact science. Also, I know it sounds crazy but sometimes you have to increase your calories to be able to lose weight. For me, the type of food I eat really matters. I could lose weight on a (mostly) clean diet of 2k cals but not a diet full of junk food at the same calorie range. As hard as it is, make a change and patiently wait to see what the out come is before giving up and going to the next option. That is my biggest weakness 🙃🤗
