This was a meal from last week. I should have cut these in half for the photo because no one is seeing the deliciousness packed inside. I blanched cabbage leaves and filled them with a 3" cut of 4-pepper smoked sausage, a slice of pepper jack cheese and sauteed diced mushrooms. 498 calories
