Sensitive topic or TMI? But, have any of y'all suffered from constipation while dieting? And, what have you done to alleviate the problem?

Are getting enough fiber? And with the fiber you should be making sure you are drinking enough water.

I know you've been trying to increase your Fiber for the Daily Accountability challenges. When I first started, I had a big problem with constipation, too. You might want to try drinking at least 64 ounces of water instead of just the minimum 48. Also, a stool softener might help to get you "moving" again! Hang in there - this, too, shall pass!
