I know you've been trying to increase your Fiber for the Daily Accountability challenges. When I first started, I had a big problem with constipation, too. You might want to try drinking at least 64 ounces of water instead of just the minimum 48. Also, a stool softener might help to get you "moving" again! Hang in there - this, too, shall pass!
