Woke at 229.0, down 3.2 from yesterday after a 36-hour fasting Monday. Will eat near my calorie burn today and then will fast on Wednesday (and Friday). Eager to see how this alternate day fasting works. Will be at an all day conference today but will still abstain from sugar and grains. UPDATE: Abstained from sugar, but dived into the grains with a croissant sandwich and half a veggie wrap. Got home at a surprising 227.6 though. Fasting again tomorrow.
