Delicious whole wheat pizza crust.
Ingredients
Directions
- Combine the water, yeast, honey and 1 cup of whole wheat flour in a large bowl.
- Beat 100 times until mixture is smooth.
- Let rise in a warm place for 15-30 minutes.
- Add the salt, oil, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, wheat gluten and 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour.
- Mix well and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Makes one large or two medium pizzas.
- Bake in a 400 °F (200 °C) oven for 15-20 minutes.
