Although I plan on using the fat samash plan later, I just had surery to corret acid reflux and I am on a very strict diet of what I can eat for the next few months. (This is not how I normaly eat or plan to eat forever.) I put on all the weight I had previously lost due to the acid issue last year now I plan to take it off again.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh in everyday, I know your not supposed to but it keeps me in line. I only go by the reading on my weigh in day though.

I left Extreme fat smash book at work!! HELP! Dont kmow what to eat!
Meal One
1 1/2 cup of cold cereal with low fat / fat free milk
1 piece of fruit or 1 cup of fresh juice

1 cup cereal Beta or Gamma

Meal two
1 small salad (optional 1 chopped hard boiled egg)

Meal three
1 serving Vegi
1 cup brown rice

1/2 cup rice betta or gamma
