Although I plan on using the fat samash plan later, I just had surery to corret acid reflux and I am on a very strict diet of what I can eat for the next few months. (This is not how I normaly eat or plan to eat forever.) I put on all the weight I had previously lost due to the acid issue last year now I plan to take it off again.
