Turkey Meatloaf with Taco Seasoning
A delicious meatloaf version made the healthy way.
Ingredients
Directions
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Take out a large bowl, cheese grater, and broiler pan.
- Dice the small onion and grate a large carrot. Put into the bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix well with your hands.
- Spray the broiler pan with olive oil spray. Then form the mixture into a loaf and put on broiler pan.
- Put in the oven for 25-35 minutes.
- Take out of the oven, then let cool for 5-10 minutes.
