Turkey Burgers

These turkey burgers are totally tasty.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl.
  2. Mix well with hands or plastic spoon.
  3. Create 2 patties or 4 smaller patties.
  4. Cook on grill or in skillet with a little extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Serve with or without a low calorie bun.
  6. Note: you can make your own bread crumbs to coat them before cooking; combine in a food processor 1 or 2 slices of toasted low calorie bread, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, basil, and whatever else you want.

Totally tasty is right! I used 7% lean Ground Turkey and modified some seasonings to what I had on hand, didn't grill them with any oil (used the George Foreman Grill), and made 5 oz patties. VERY yummy!!
