Tofu Banana Smoothie

Smooth tofu, cottage cheese yogurt and frozen banana make for a delicious proteinous smoothie.

A real whollop of protein in the morning but still sweet and tasty!

This is super yummy, healthy and filling! I added aprox a tsp of ground flax seed for fiber and flavor and it's great. It only adds about 20kcal to the overall value.

This is ridiciulous! I've tried TWICE to share info on soy products. BOTH TIMES they have taken out half the link I shared or cut off MOST of my comment. Apparently there length restrictions...would be nice if they told you! BOTTOM LINE - DO YOUR RESEARCH! SOY PRODUCTS ARE HORRIBLE FOR YOU! Don't believe it because I said it! Do the RESEARCH and find out for yourself! It can cause HUGE health issues!
