Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

A sweet and moist baked good, perfect with coffee or tea.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar and mashed pumpkin.
  2. Add the oil and mix well.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients and stir.
  4. Transfer to a lightly greased loaf mold.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for 50-60 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before slicing.
