Pineapple Fluff

A pineapple pudding with whipped topping for dessert.



  1. Pour pineapple with juice into bowl.
  2. Add pudding mix and stir well.
  3. Fold in whipped topping, like Cool Whip.
  4. Refrigerate for at least one hour.

i love this, it's quick easy and very good, most people don't know its diet if you don't tell, i like it with pistachio pudding but it works well with alot of flavors.
