Grilled Chicken Breast with Tomato Pasta

A terrific meal using chicken breast, Italian seasoning, tomatoes, and whole wheat pasta.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grill thawed boneless chicken breast in a non-stick pan with fat-free cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle the seasoning on the top and bottom of the breast. Let cook until golden brown.
  3. Meanwhile, boil whole wheat pasta till al dente.
  4. Slice lemon wedges and place in a small bowl.
  5. Add the diced tomatoes to the chicken in the same pan. Let cook until the tomatoes are warm.
  6. Serve chicken breast with tomato mixture, a portion of pasta, and a lemon wedge.
  7. Enjoy your meal.
