Chinese Beef and Pepper Salad
A healthy beef salad with a tasty Asian flavor sauce.
Ingredients
Directions
- In small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oil, sherry, sugar substitute like Splenda, ginger and garlic.
- Add beef and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 day until ready to use.
- Drain beef and reserve marinade.
- Place beef on plate and toss with pepper and scallions.
- Serve with reserved marinade on side.
