Directions

  1. In a saucepan, slowly stir grits into boiling water.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover.
  3. Cook 12-14 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add cheese, and continue until cheese melts, about 2 to 3 minutes.
