I've always had a holding weight between 140 and 145 and even in college I didn't gain the freshman 15 in fact I lost weight. Some how in the past year I gained a little over 20 basically b/c I was living off campus for the first time and on a budget and my roommates were always making me very good but fattening food. In high school i even got down to the 130's when my friend and I went on a diet challenge I always stepped it up when I got to 150 but somehow missed the memo my body was telling me. I'm tired of not feeling like I'm in the body God intended for me. My goal has always been 125 and I have even gotten down to 128 before when I was younger without trying too hard so now it's time to step it up! Next time I step on my Wii Fit it better say normal and not Obese! I have one more year of college and I want to feel good when I go out!

Have you read the Fat Loss Code?
I've hit a plateau and don't know what to do! I do hot yoga everyday and sometimes powerwalk after and my calories consumed are always way less than calories burned. Help!
