shocked at levels of obesity in the LA area..
It is out of control. I think fast food started it "supersize..etc." I was just in Germany and out on the streets people were skinny but in our American travel group folks were obese (including me). England is getting fatter now too, the younger folks eat chips and crisps all the time...sad

Sleeping aids when mind just can't stop working
Real answer.

Try Phenibut. Google it. Do not abuse it. russians give it to cosmonauts so they can focus on their job instead of being scared. It is a mild anti anxiety. I take it on stressfull nights when I am worried about work and I go right to sleep. I have a coworker and my wife using it.
